Took my brand new Tesla Model Y to KS Auto Care for a full detail and scratch removal, and I think Tesla need to start taking a leaf out of Kieran’s book on how to make a brand new car actually look brand new. Upon receiving the car from the Tesla factory in Manchester, the paintwork was generally in a good condition… but after my visit to Kieran and the team and seeing the results after their work - now it actually LOOKS like a brand new car.
The scratch that I unlucky got happened within the first few hours of owning the car after a child on a pedal bike decided to “test” how resilient the car was against being crashed into handlebar-first. Not ideal, but one of those things you have to laugh about afterwards as there’s nothing you can do. Thankfully, Kieran and his team made it almost completely disappear. You genuinely have to be face-to-face with the panel to notice even the slightest trace of it.
This isn’t my first time using KS Auto Care, and that says a lot in today’s climate as I very rarely return to businesses these days from the abysmal lack of standards since the Covid era. I have a high level of trust in Kieran and the team, and they continue to deliver every time. The customer service is excellent, everyone is friendly, and their can-do attitude really stands out. The standard of work is consistently extremely high, and they clearly take pride in what they do. It’s not just a job to these guys, they genuinely do work 8 days a week!
I’m not exaggerating when I say they do genuinely work hard on your vehicles. My Tesla is equipped with Sentry mode (saving the nerd talk, it monitors the car’s surroundings when it’s away from home) and I was receiving alerts that there was activity around the vehicle at 11pm and 12am the day BEFORE the car was due to be worked on. Kieran had realised this was likely alerting me & messaged me to let me know that I shouldn’t be alarmed and that he had decided to start work early. I’ve never come across someone like Kieran with a work ethic this strong and genuine, the fact that he didn’t have to work this late but chose to do so is clearly evidenced in the end results when collecting your vehicle.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys, and I’m very cautious these days about recommending places. I’ve previously had a BMW M340d and still have my Range Rover & all of these cars have been in with Kieran & the team in the past and I’m never disappointed.
I’ll be a returning customer for the foreseeable future. Thanks guys!

Exceptional service from start to finish, Kieran did a fantastic job on my car and even worked through the night to get it back to me promptly. Kieran managed to squeeze me in for a post-winter clean. Great guy, lovely to talk to. And the standard of the work is fantastic. I’m very impressed. He managed to make my 13-year old Clio RS look like a bit of an exotic!

I often find it hard to leave the keys of my pride and joy with businesses when having work done, needless to say I didn’t on this occasion.
The care taken by Kieren with my car and attention to detail lavished on it are second to none. He really does go the extra mile to make sure it’s as good as it can be and the results speak for themselves.

I recently booked in with Kieran as a district nurse and football mum my car was in need of a deep clean. My car has never looked better. From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. Every detail, from the interior to the exterior, was treated and the results were spotless. Kieran at KS Auto Care recently detailed my new Volvo XC90 and the results were absolutely outstanding. The car looked fantastic, better than it did when it left the showroom. His attention to detail, professionalism, and passion for what he does really show in the final result.
