It’s not uncommon for your new car to be delivered at a standard less than what you should expect to receive. From our experience, in most cases we find new cars are delivered with numerous minor paint defects such as swirl marks, light scratches, glue residues, water spotting, embedded contaminants and in some cases coating high spots from dealership applied protection due to incorrect application and prep work.

It’s worth acknowledging your brand new vehicle is not entirely brand new. Since the build completion date of your vehicle, your car has more than likely travelled thousands of miles to reach your local dealership. All the while being exposed to the elements, on the back of transport wagons across country or even shipped over from abroad having spent significant time in ship yards, forecourts and other storage facilities for a period of weeks or months prior to landing at your local dealership.

All things accounted for this package includes decontaminating prep work, the same as all other polishing packages for new and used cars, before coming inside the studio for polishing to begin. Once the paintwork has been polished and prepared for protection we have a number of ceramic coating options and levels of protection such as *Total Surface Protection* to choose from to best suit your needs moving forwards.

• Full wheels off decontamination
• Engine bay detailing
• Interior deep clean
• Single stage machine polishing to remove any paintwork blemishes, boost clarity of colour and gloss as well as best prepare the painted surface for ceramic coating for maximised durability and performance
• 5 year paintwork ceramic coating (Gtechniq Crystal Serum Light with the option to include a second layer topcoat of Gtechniq EXOv5 for enhanced water behaviour, added protection, slickness, gloss and self-cleaning benefits)
• All exterior glass is chemically cleaned by machine polishing
• 2 year ceramic glass coating applied in 3 layers to windscreen and 6 month glass sealant to all other surrounding exterior glass
• Short term protection also applied to wheels and calipers
• The option to include *Total Surface Protection*

Unfortunately, more often than not dealerships simply don’t allocate the time nor have the skillset to adequately apply protection since their primary focus is getting cars through the doors as quick as possible. We always advise against opting for dealership applied protection at all costs. Whether you entrust your new car to us or not, it’s highly recommended to take your new car to a vehicle appearance specialising business if getting the car appropriately protected is a concern.

This package is an entry level introduction to the world of ceramic coatings. With a same day turnaround this is an excellent choice to thoroughly clean and protect your car making maintaining the finish much easier moving forwards. 

Your vehicle will undergo a chemical decontamination removing stubborn dirt from all surfaces including embedded contaminants from the paintwork as well as the removal of any tar spots. Wheels, tyres, arches and door shuts also receive our attention to detail using dedicated products and equipment. Once the safe wash and prep stages are completed, the car is thoroughly dried off inside the studio with plush drying towels and compressed air to blow out any recessed water from door shuts, panel gaps and any other areas that hold water. The glass is chemically cleaned by machine polishing before a 2 year ceramic glass coating is applied in 3 layers to the windscreen and a 6 month glass sealant to all surrounding exterior glass. Whilst the glass coating cures our attention moves to the paintwork. We panel wipe to degrease every painted surface to ensure a clean and residue free foundation for a 1 year paintwork ceramic coating to bond to. Due to the formulation of the 1 year ceramic coating used in this package, minimal cure time is required allowing for a same day turnaround. 

You have the option, for additional cost, to include engine bay detailing, interior deep clean detail as well as interior protection and also the option to include 2 year ceramic glass coating to all surrounding exterior glass. Upon enquiry, let us know if you’d like to include any or all of these upgrades to the package and we can accommodate you. These will require extra time to complete so collection on the following day may be advised. 

This package is best suited to more bespoke detailing work that you may require that doesn’t necessarily fall under the criteria of our set packages. However, you can certainly book this package putting the trust in us booking a full day to achieve the highest possible results. We would require drop off the evening before the booking date and collection the following morning to allow a full day dedicated to your vehicle. 

In most cases for this package, our attention to detail is targeted to your primary concerns with the vehicle to provide a completely tailored package to suit your needs, either for interior, exterior or both!

This package is an entry level introduction to machine polishing. With a two day turnaround time, the primary focus of the refresh detail is not paint correction, unlike the ‘Single Stage’ and ‘Two Stage’ machine polishing packages. Instead the main focus as the name suggests is an overall refresh of your car’s appearance with the goal of boosting gloss and clarity of colour to the paint as well as including a 12 month ceramic coating following polishing. 

This includes: 

• Full wheels off decontamination
• Engine bay detailing
• Paintwork is enhanced by machine polishing to restore colour and gloss
• 12 month paintwork ceramic coating
• Exterior glass chemically cleaned by machine polishing 
• 2 year ceramic glass coating applied to the windscreen in 3 layers and 6 month glass sealant to all surrounding exterior glass
• Short term protection applied to wheels and calipers 

You can also include, for an additional cost, *Interior Deep Clean* as well as the option to upgrade glass protection to a 2 year ceramic glass coating to all surrounding exterior glass as well as the windscreen. (Turnaround time will increase to collection on the morning of day 3 if you opt to include an interior deep clean detail) 

This package is without a doubt our most popular choice of service.

Whilst our *Refresh Detail Package* is carried out over a 2 day turnaround, this package is over 3-4 days affording much more time to put focus into getting the highest level of paint correction from a single stage of machine polishing to remove as many paintwork defects, swirl marks and light scratches as we can.

We suggest a conservative overall improvement and defect removal of at least 50-70% in paint correction. This is variable depending on that starting condition and paint type of your vehicle. If you’re new to the world of detailing, this package will most certainly exceed your expectations since we can drastically enhance all aspects of your vehicle. For deeper scratches and defects or for vehicles with considerably worse starting conditions we recommend our *Two Stage Machine Polishing Package*. We welcome drop-ins at the studio for a visual assessment to best advise the level of paint correction you would most benefit from with all things considered.

This package is a lot more in depth than the *Refresh Detail Package* and inclusive of much more as outlined below. You have a higher level of protection and durability available to choose from with this package, with paintwork ceramic coating starting from 5 year durability with the option to also include *Total Surface Protection* ensuring the highest level of protection available that we can offer.

This includes:

• Full wheels off decontamination
• Engine bay detailing
• Interior deep clean
• Single stage of machine polishing offering the best overall paintwork improvement achievable from such whilst also drastically enhancing clarity of colour and gloss levels
• 5 year paintwork ceramic coating (Gtechniq Crystal Serum Light with the option to include a second layer top coat of Gtechniq EXOv5 for enhanced water behaviour, added protection, slickness, gloss and self-cleaning benefits)
• All exterior glass is chemically cleaned by machine polishing
• 2 year ceramic glass coating applied in 3 layers to the windscreen and 6 month glass sealant to all surrounding exterior glass

This is our most popular package choice with good reason, we guarantee your satisfaction with the improvement we can offer. A sure way to restore life into your vehicle and allow you to fall in love with your car again. Maintenance following this package will be easy to keep on top of keeping it looking just as good as the day you collect the car back from us for many years to come.

This package is well suited for vehicles that require a more significant amount of paint correction to restore to their former glory. If your car has many deeper scratches and swirl marks amongst other common defects this package is well suited to you.

Very similar to our *Single Stage Machine Polishing Package*, this package involves much of the same processes just with a lot more focus on the paint correction aspect. The *Single Stage* package has a 3-4 day turnaround whereas this package is over a 5-7 day period. With more time to play with we can really afford to get the absolute most out of an initial heavy cutting stage to be followed by a second stage of refinement to the car’s paintwork. Whilst essential to complete a heavy cutting stage to remove the deeper defects, this initial stage of polishing does leave behind a dull and hazy finish. Following the cutting stage, we machine polish the paintwork for a second time, this time with a finishing pad and compound combination to refine the paint to a high gloss finish. Hence the appropriately named ‘2 Stage’ polishing package.

We suggest an overall improvement and defect removal of approximately 70-90% in paint correction. This is variable depending on the starting condition and paint type of your vehicle. We welcome drop-ins at the studio for a visual assessment to best advise the level of paint correction you’d most benefit from with all things considered.

You have the same level of protection and durability available to choose from with this package as with the *Single Stage* package, with paintwork ceramic coating starting from 5 year durability with the option to also include *Total Surface Protection* ensuring the highest level of protection available that we can offer.

• An initial heavy cut machine polishing stage to tackle deeper scratches and defects
• A second stage of machine polishing with finishing pad and compound combination to bring the most out of the vehicle’s paintwork leaving a high gloss finish
• 5 year paintwork ceramic coating (Gtechniq Crystal Serum Light with the option to include a second layer top coat of Gtechniq EXOv5 for enhanced water behaviour, added protection, slickness, gloss and self-cleaning benefits)
